To give a $60 mill a season extension to an over 30 big man with a bad knee made absolutely no sense whatsoever, but neither did giving Tobias Harris $40 mill a season for 5 years.
Big men just don’t age well,especially ones that do not take care of their bodies and are constantly playing at a weight that’s too high.
In a year or two, you might be looking at Shaq on the Cavs or Celtics except he’s making a max.
