Jags had so much potential coming off 22-23 season, this downfall is unreal.

  1. Complacency killed the Prince. Between Baalke doing next to nothing in the offseason to address our flaws and Doug insisting on letting his bosom buddy Press call the offense, somebody needed to step in and keep this train on the rails. Instead, Shad and his ilk were off on his yacht somewhere in the Mediterranean, sipping cocktails bankrolled by the city of Jacksonville’s jubilation at seemingly being relevant again. If it wasn’t obvious enough that some random nobody could embezzle 20 million dollars from the organization without anybody noticing for over a year, this franchise is among the most poorly managed in sports.

And yet still, if Walker Little doesn’t step on Trevor’s ankle last year I’m not sure any of this happens. We would still have Caldwell calling a semi-competent defense, guys would still be out there playing hard and we would have players wanting to come here.

Death, taxes and the Jaguars being a flash in the pan….

  2. Regularly scheduled downfall. They give us hope for the future, then make us look fucking stupid for believing that they could do more.

  3. It all started to unravel when they cut R.Patterson after kicking a game winner in the playoffs. right after he kissed his cross necklace lol. Not that I dont love Cam Littles giant leg now. just sayin.

  4. Honestly winning this game was our downfall… We had no business winning that game, we were a 9-7 team that squeaked into the wild cards. We were down 17 at the end of the first quarter and the Chargers just turnt it off, Trevor threw 4 picks and we looked terrible until the forth quarter.. But getting the W, had a lot of feeling like we were a legit contender. We did nothing in the off season except try to make a splash signing a dude who was out of the league a year and the expectations have been high since..

  5. It’s so frustrating when they never address their offensive line, which to me is their biggest problem. Yes, their defense has huge problems too, but they always seem to address it first (aside from BTJ, who is a stud) and the O-line is an afterthought, which kills us year after year.
