[Grossi] Methinks Browns nearing a decision on Mike Vrabel. Pittsburgh game will be huge for Kevin Stefanski. Life isn’t fair.

  1. I hate that we are seriously at risk to fire the reigning CoTY who we just extended.

Clean House around him, get a GM that is allowed to move on from Watson and let Kevin coach not cater to the QB.

Kevin would be the 1b to Ben Johnson this offseason for HC openings

I like Vrabel, and he is a guy to shock a room and reset culture but man bailing on Stef after one year where a lot around him fell apart is… well typical Browns

  2. i’m done with this team if we fire stefanski. don’t want to deal with another decade of shit

  3. I. DONT. WANT. VRABEL. If they decide to fire everyone, I want Vrabel gone too because he’s also a part of this mess

  4. Cleaning house on the 2x COTY and still at this time intending to roll out Watson next year will be enough for me to dip out on this team for a hot minute personally

  5. It would be very Browns to fire Stefanski after the Steelers game and give the job to Vrabel only to have Vrabel to resign at the end of the year

  6. Why are we assuming Vrabel will take this job when there are better ones out there at the end of the season? I would not assume he’ll just take it.

And beyond that it’s incredibly stupid to pin this on Kevin.

  7. Jimmy wants Vrabel because tough guy coaches like Dan Campbell are in….watch him go after Dan Lanning if Vrabel declines the job

  8. Reliable sources always start with Methinks….which if you people can’t understand is pure speculation.

Dorsey is the target. He was calling terrible plays that Watson couldn’t do and he is front and center proving he can’t understand what plays we are successful with and keeps calling the terrible ones.

The FO took Steph out of the equation to clearly see Dorsey is terrible.

  9. We could probably get that taxpayer portion of the stadium cut in half if Haslam didn’t keep firing coaches and GMs.

  10. Stefanski isn’t the problem. Haslam and AB are the problems. Considering you can’t fire the owner, AB has to go.

  11. We get rid of Stefanski and its gonna be really hard for me to be a fan of this team.

Its one thing to get rid of bad players and personnel, hell even get rid of a GM that put us in this mess. It’s another to get rid of the 2-time and most recent COTY because he couldn’t turn the Watson shit pile into gold for someone who was fired from Tennessee for partially creating the situation they are still dealing with.

We are weighed down by a historically bad contract, have a roster of players that definitely aren’t as good as we thought they would be, cannot for the life of us not have injuries to key positions, and have players fucking up simple plays they’ve done since high school.

It’s just so tiring. I just want Browns football to be fun again.

  12. I’m already checked out and just don’t really care about this franchise anymore currently.

If we fire Kevin I think that would be the final nail for my fandom.

  13. Haslam needs to sell the team. He has no idea what he is doing and it’s never going to get better.

  14. Why do I feel like the most Haslem move would be to hire Belichick as football czar, and let him run GM and HC roles?

  15. If Stefanski leaves the Browns before Watson, there really is no hope for this franchise.

  16. We were 14-14 going into the 4th quarter, Winston threw for 400 yards, people need to chill out. Our special teams unit is bad. Our depth at linebacker is bad. Boo hoo.

  17. Grossi is an irrelevant moron with zero connections. Let’s assume Stefanski is fired; why would Vrabel sign up for this dumpster fire and pending cap hell (spare me the Duffin nonsense)? Vrabel will be the next Bears HC , in my opinion.

  18. mixed feelings about this. On one hand, I prefer Vrabel for HC, on the other hand, I don’t think this year has been fair to Kevin. Last year his job was never a question, now because of management above Kevin, who made a ball call on the QB and O-line coach, decided to punt on the season after week 3, Kevin deserves better than that bullshit. Fire Paul DePodesta and give Kevin and AB at least another year.
