It will always be Minute Maid in my heart
>Daikin Industries, Ltd. (ダイキン工業株式会社, Daikin Kōgyō Kabushiki-gaisha) is a Japanese multinational conglomerate company headquartered in Osaka. Daikin is the world’s largest air conditioner manufacturer.[
So they’re going to be using their Daikin air conditioners to blow balls in or out depending on who’s hitting? Interesting.
RIP the juice box
Daikin air conditioner system to replace the existing system as well?
Are you Daikidin me
Eggs and Daikin served hot and fresh.
So Houston now has Toyota Center and Daikin Park.
Time for Nintendo to buy naming rights to NRG Stadium to complete the trifecta.
Should’ve been Waste Management Park. Waste Management is based in Houston and the Astros used Waste Management products in their successful moments over the past couple of years
Dick In Park
The Ohtani influence in the majors is so strong, other Japanese companies are now getting involved, even if they’re not endorsing him outright.
This has been a bad offseason for orange juice stadiums.
Welcome to the Ice Box, boys
You had your shot Country Time.
It should have been LinkedIn Park
Rough year for juice related stadiums
That’s a stupid name. Minute Maid is fun
Tired: Crawford boxes
Wired: ice boxes
First they take Tal’s Hill. Now it’s the Juice Box. Nothing is sacred.
Down to Daikin park listening to winds of change 🎶
Thanks I hate it
Leaked like a month ago
We’ve lost both juice boxes within a month, damn
The Japanese takeover of the MLB continues
I still sometimes call it Enron Field.
Will the Astros have to pay a tariff for having a foreign sponsor?
Gonna be honest, I don’t hate it. Would’ve liked Daikin Field more, but it honestly isn’t bad.
Rumors were that Minute Maid wanted out of the contract, so we were likely changing it whether we wanted to or not. We do get an extra $10 million from the deal tho, so that doesn’t hurt either.
Tropicana, while battered, has won the OJ stadium name war.
You may rest now, King.
i’m dreading with the 25 year citizens bank naming deal expires in 2028 for my team, i can’t imagine the phillies ballpark being anything other than THE BANK ):
your naming deal was much shorter
I’ll be curious to see what they do with the train, considering it pulls a bunch of oranges
