  1. Rolling out the Italian Christmas Donkey as their Tank Commander.

Also, Jones would be a solid backup to Hurts and fit well into our scheme. Just saying.

  2. The irony of this move is the giants have a better chance of winning down the stretch which could ultimately cost them their choice of draft pick.

  3. Never forget that giants fans really thought he had a chance at ROTY after an 18 point come back against the godawful buccaneers.

  4. That’s weird, they still have another year until Arch can pull some Uncle Eli draft day shenanigans with grandpa Archie.

  5. Ah yes. This is gonna backfire and they’ll win one too many games to get a new franchise QB.

  6. Too much sleep lost over Saquon during Daniel Jones’ year I’m guessing? I genuinely can’t believe they paid this man who has the talent level of a backup QB *at best* instead of the GOAT

  7. This actually sucks for us because he’s still better than their backups. I was hoping he’d Tommy DeVito the Giants right out of a better pick.

  8. I honestly think this might back fire. Devito knows this is probably his last chance in the nfl and is gonna try to win games. I could see him sling it recklessly and win a couple games moving them back in the draft.

  9. The giants are benching their starting QB for a back-up in order to do what is best for the team in future seasons? Didn’t their whole organization, fans and players, have a meltdown when the Eagles did that in week 18 a few years ago?

  10. I think we all know how this is gonna go. Giants bench him now and cut him during the off-season. He signs somewhere else as a backup. That team’s starter gets hurt just before they play the Giants, and Danny comes in. He proceeds to have the greatest game of his life and utterly obliterates them. We all laugh.

  11. Unpopular opinion, but think he could be a serviceable 15 – 20 range starting QB in a decent org with a non-turnstile offensive line.

  12. The funniest shit is when people said they had to pay him after he got them a wildcard appearance at barely above .500 and they beat the Vikings before coming to Philly and just getting slaughtered.

Like no, you didn’t have to pay him, but your dumbasses chose to lmao. You thought one middling season under Daboll was enough roll out a fat contract on a guy who had only ever shown brief flashes of being the guy.

  13. “Don’t pay a qb 40 million to hand off to a 12 million dollar rb”

Guess you pay him 40 million to hand the water to the starter

  14. I don’t understand this move. If they want to tank, wouldn’t it be best to just remain committed to him?

  15. I got a bad feeling about this move.

Were one wrong move away from having to see Drew fucking Lock again

  16. I for one am enjoying that is happening to the Giants and Cowboys this season – honestly couldn’t be happier.
