I was at the arena for the 8am jersey drop. I was able to get a premade AWAY Keller but in the chaos ended up needing to do a custom HOME Keller. I picked it up Friday night after the game and noticed a few issues that I’m hoping the store will fix.
- Name plate spacing/size and curve
- Back number a few sizes larger than the away jersey.
I’ve purchased custom jerseys before without issue so I’m pretty sure it’s on whoever did the customizing at the arena.
Anyone else have this issue or felt with the arena on corrections?

Wow that is not good. Did they put a number from a kid size jersey on an adult jersey?
I am thinking of paying a bit more and going the stitched route. Nameset is [here](https://customizesports.com/product/utah-hockey-club-customized-number-kit-for-2024-present-home-jersey/) and then take it to [this](https://www.stitchedspecialties.com/) local place.
Im certain they will fix it
At least you got yours customized. I’m a season ticket holder, was there just barely after 8am to get a jersey, by the time I got in all the player jerseys were gone, but that’s ok because I’m told I can just get a blank jersey and customize it. So I buy my blank jersey, the line to get it customized is a mile long, but that’s ok, because I’m told I can just bring it to the game that night to get it done. Fast forward to that night, and I’m turned away because they say they have too big of a backlog. I’m going to try again tonight, and if I’m turned away again, I’m not going to be the happiest camper.
So I actually drove up to the arena today. Here’s what I was ultimately told…
1. First off…everything in the store is a blank and there are some without inaugural patches
2. Any jersey not ready for pickup at tonight’s game (Capitals) will be shipped.
3. Current backlog is 7-10 days.
4. Not currently accepting new custom orders.
5. Customs with issues (like mine) will be minimum 2 weeks before they will take them back to correct/redo. After current custom orders are done.
