Their starting center retired on them 3 days before the game. Their linebackers are the guy who they signed like two weeks ago and a rookie/backup. So I say they beat Niners fair and square.

10. Now that Shanahan has CMC back, he runs him into the ground again and refuses to give any snaps to the two younger RBs, who have shown that they can be pretty good. Every good team alternates at least two RBs all the time, only KS thinks he doesn't have to. And he still believes that Deebo can do anything on sweeps and reverses. There is no creativity in his play-calling anymore, and the league has figured out his old stuff. Add to that a mediocre offensive line and a defense, which is ok, but nor lights out this year, and you get a .500 football team.

11. This game marks the end of the 9ers run. If they 9ers can't beat the hawks when they are rebuilding with a rookie HC/OC/DC, they won't sniff a division title for years.

40. Another thing, Purdy was the last guy picked in the draft. And now he looks like it. Now he doesn’t have an all star team supporting him. He will never Win you a game .
