  1. Who would you build a team around going forward ?? Tlaw is home getting fat and lazy. While he is home he is losing his arm. The rest of the players have quit. Doug and Trent are gone.

  2. The offense was incompetent, but the defense deliberately wasn't trying hard.

I saw specific plays from Armstead, Darby and all of the safeties where they were deliberately doing the opposite of their cues, and then would go into chase mode to make it look like they were making an effort.

They heard the same reports that we did about a change up possibility followi n g a blowout, and they made it happen.

The veterans orchestrated it. You could see Jarrian, Ventrell and a couple others still going all-out, which helped mask but not offset the deliberate sandbag from the vets.

  3. All the 31 teams in the NFL are leaving the jags FAR behind . There is no fixing this mess. There is no time left for another rebuild. As long as BAALKE is on this mess, we will continue to fall further and further behind.

Look at Savage, #6. He literally did not react to his read, and then put his body in position to get blocked.

I can almost guarantee some Lions players this week will admit they could "feel" the defense not trying. They were trying to score points but not actually hurt our players, because both sides knew what was going down.

  5. Doug didn't keep his word when he said he would use CJ if Mac wasn't playing well, anyone ever seen CJ?! Nope! Idk if CJ would've shown a better offense than Mac yesterday, but I do know CJ would've definitely shown a better offense if he played against the vikings. Trent needs to be shown the door ASAP, same for Press Taylor and hate to say it but maybe even Doug. Keep Ryan for the rest of the season and Shad can decide Ryan's future as DC in off-season.

  6. We Lions fans used to call week 11 "mock draft season". The Lions used to be out of it by this time and the only thing we have to look forward to was the upcoming draft and (another) coaching change. I feel for Jags fans. Us Lions fans can relate, we were in this place every year for most of the last 60 years. We certainly are not used to winning like this.

  7. This is the most lackadaisical POS football team I have ever seen in my lifetime and I’m 62 years old so I’ve seen plenty, the coaches are an absolute joke. Doug Pederson acts like he would rather be somewhere else than here Press Taylor is a bumbling idiot and the defensive coordinator is no better. Don’t get me started on Trent, clown town is still around.

  8. You're taking this way too personal. It's just the standard Lion's ar$e whooping. You just happened to be the one in the way this week. Carry on and just play those other Lion's ar$e whooped teams.

  9. Context. The Lions have thumped a good number of teams. Jags caught them after a bad week. They are also the best offense in the league and the defense is not far behind. This all makes it look worse than it was.

  10. Your worried about functioning for six games for what? They don’t need coaches to function and they certainly don’t need a GM. I say run it without coaches. Let the players figure it out. It couldn’t be any worse we already have the worst team.

  11. The elephant in the room is their Roster, the talent ,the culprit is the GM and The scouting….. they watch college prospects and choose them to be drafted….. then it's the coaching staff, who finalize the roster, so the organization has to clean house, Now Jacksonville are stuck with players with high paying extension contracts, so they'll be losing for years to come …… Trevor Lawrence?????? When he was there they averaged 13 points a game
