He’s been my warrior since 2014-15 (When I was old enough to actually understand what was happening on on the tv)
he can die and retire with this team with all I care.
Gally is THE HABS. He’s been defining this team identity for god knows how many years. The day he’ll retire, this team will never be the exact same.
Once he’ll retire, he won’t get into the hall of fame, but he’ll 100% get in the ring of honor. He’s a habs legend forever.
Appreciation for Anderson et Dvorack too. What a great grindy third line and a good example of veterans showing emotions. Great game!

My man is not an ambassador. He’s a gladiator.
I like to see him finish his contract here. I think he is overpaid but is a great vet to have on the team. Never had anything easy, had to battle his whole career and has wound up being one of the best habs in the last 20 or so years with his longevity. After this year he only has 2 more seasons left I think Hughes should let him play it out on the bottom 6. At worst he will bring heart, grit and leadership. If he can pop 15-25 goals over this and the following 2 seasons thats gravey.
He was drafted in the 5th round guys! What a fucking warrior!
