Week 11 PFF Grades

  1. Two in a row for Levis against insanely difficult defenses with a disastrous O-Line. Haters furious

  2. Same thing gets said every week, but Latham is a star.

I still think it’s so funny that Skoronski is an elite pass blocker but an awful run blocker. It seems like for the large majority of young OL, run-blocking is the easy part while pass pro has a tough learning curve.

  3. Bryce Oliver has had 3 targets, 3 receptions, and 56 yards so far. Should we be trying to involve him more? Very small sample size but worth considering. For comparison Burks has played way more snaps for 8 targets, 4 receptions, 34 yards.

  4. Love seeing improvement from our young guys on the left side of the o-line, but damn we need Callahan Sr. to figure out how to elevate their run blocking. Latham and Skoronski have hovered between serviceable and great at pass blocking, but run blocking grades (and seeing it with my own eyes) is leaving a lot to be desired.

  5. I don’t want to see Nick Vannett get another snap in place of Chig or Josh Whyle.

They are our future, not him and they need the reps.

  6. The right tackle play is just an embarrassment at this point and hamstringing the offensive unit

  7. I’m so glad I was very wrong about Latham. MAN was I angry we drafted him, and I’m glad once more I’m not employed on the draft selection committee as my opinions are clearly god awful and I’m stupid

  8. *Bad* run blocking, which holds up. Outside of Levis, we had 12 rushes for 15 yards.

Another thing to consider when judging this game for Levis – there was absolutely no run game to be heard of this game.

  9. Harold Landry doesn’t get talked about enough as a contract disappointment. He may have been perfect in a Vrabel defense that demanded versatility but he’s just not producing in this defense as a pass rusher. Maybe I’m just not seeing through the noise, but he might be a candidate for removal due to a bloated contract.

  10. Nobody is prepared for the heater Levis is going to go on down the stretch.

They’re beating Houston Sunday and he’s going to deliver miss Amy a mayo scented game ball.

  11. I really thought Chig would become a premier tight end. Not a star, but someone you can play in fantasy consistently
