So the chiefs are the same as the eagles last year. The difference, Hurts had a dead last defense and Mahomes has a top 5 defense. Mahomes is playing terribly this year. Hurts last year wasn’t the greatest but he was still finding ways to win with a defense that made Danny dimes look like Tom Brady. Hurts is good, his games are up and down. But his bad games, are him running for more touchdowns than passing lol. But his ability to make that play that matters when it’s needed is top notch

I didn't see the Lion's game when Jared Goff threw 5 interceptions! How were they able to still win that game?!! Was that a fluke, one-off, kind of thing or is there a weakness that the Eagle's could exploit based on our defense to make Goff turn the ball over?

It still pisses me off that they intentionally watered that field in Arizona for that SB, to neutralize the Eagle's tremendous pass-rush. The league wanted the Chiefs to win. The "both teams play on the same field" mantra is B.S., because that neutralized the strength of our defense.
Hurts has a chance as good as any Qb in the league to be great, not named Pat Mahommes. He's been to a SB, ( in his first full season as a starter, I might add), and is one of the winningest Qbs in the last 4 years, he's beaten some of the top Qbs in the league face to face, and he tries to get better, despite the critism! Making of of a champion in my opinion!

Eagles went through a supernatural funk
I was absolutely out on Philly after their collapse. Turns out they’re amazing. One of my worst takes.
Hurts has been doing okay but he consistently misses open receivers throughout games. He struggles to read coverages and where to go with the ball. That being said he has progressed a ton since his college days but to put the team on his back doesn't make sense at all bcuz he needs a running game and amazing wide receivers for him to be successful. All he needs is to manage the game and don't turn the ball over and I think he has reached his potential and don't get me wrong I like Jalen but will he be enough to win a superbowl to put his team on his back no I don't he will need the running game (Saquon) to be a top contender for the Super Bowl. I do wish I'm wrong about this but we have seen almost 4 full seasons with the team and he has basically plateaued or even regressed a little after the Super Bowl run. Again that's just my opinion and of course people will be mad but that's what I'm seeing every week he always tries to wait for the big play instead of taking what the defense is giving him and sometimes that is key to sustaining drives and making the defense to have to cover everything. Is Jalen a top 10 qb yes he is but he has weakness and needs to really work on his self awareness of just taking what the defense gives him and he doesn't for the most part.

Jalen Hurts is a okay QB, but he will miss open players due to his inability to see the field. Going through his progressions while standing in the pocket. Maybe he can get through to being that type of QB which would make him elite. But right now he’s a “C” graded QB. In my opinion, of course.
