  4. Look no further than the Jets to the dangers of not moving on from a mid GM after 3-4 years.

    Take the outs when you can or you just keep ruining your chances at a rebuild.

  5. Man I just can’t believe the Jets would fuck things up like this. I mean I can but I’m still dumbfounded. They were so close to completing the rebuild too. Had they just waited for a chance to get a young QB things would be a lot different. Rodgers has destroyed them from within and that’s hilarious.
