This is an excellent piece worth investing some time to read. Not going to cherry pick a quote but it ties to the larger themes of having a well made roster that needed to overhaul its offense.
This was on the front page today when i checked the nba section alongside another article about being 15-0 Don’t say we haven’t been noticed
Lot of good Cavs articles right now, Cleveland.com has a lot too. Not too hard to get around the paywall
I’ll gladly admit that the volatility of the Browns and the inability of the Guardians to retain their stars made me never consider the “run it back” path (minus Kenny obviously) to be a viable path to success. Apparently having a bunch of really good players and having them continue playing together under a better coach isn’t that bad of a plan.
