I love the win but lets be truthful. Baltimore beat itself with 10 penalties, 2 missed FG, too much passing , and not enough Derrick Henry
2 missed FGs—12 penalties —3 turnovers and horrible coaching & still only lost by 2 points …Blame the right folks besides always putting it on Lamar . Make excuses for him
Two fumbles, two missing field goals, Lamar running for his life, bad coaching (awful two point try), and it's Lamar to blame? It's incredible, is the only quarterback in the league that can't have a average day! The only one, Allen is on and off, Mahomes has his bad days, but not Lamar Jackson, he has to be mister perfect! No quarterback in the NFL is good enough to overcome all of that, but the media is gonna want Lamar to do it! Bullshit!
John Harbaugh should be on the hot seat. And here we hearing a bunch of BS about Lamar!
Always the same! Cowards!
The Bengals and Browns also play him twice a year and haven’t had the success against Lamar and the Ravens the way the Steelers have lol Tomlin deserves a lot of credit along with the defense
Every time the Ravens lose, it is because they "are too pass happy." I don't ever want to hear about Lamar being great again!!! No other qb in the league hurts his team by throwing the ball. UGH
Shocking we didn’t have Derrick Henry in on that 2pt conversion too. They’d have to respect the dive then.
It’s not Lamar in these games. The whole team looks off when this happens. It’s bad play calling and being out coached that lead to bad outcomes.
Mike tomlin out coached them. That was a perfect timeout before the jump pass 👌
Opinions are like assholes…everybody has one. 😂
I love the ravens, but they have no identity. If the offense isn’t rolling they don’t have a trusted bread and butter. They start to flounder.
Derrick Henry wasn't very effective. Sure he averaged 5 yards per carry, but that doesn't tell the fully story. He only had one big run of 31 yards and if you take that away he averaged less than 3 ypc on 12 carries. Throw in the penalties that constantly put the Ravens behind the eight ball in down and distance and put more pressure on them to throw and 3 turnovers that took plays away from the Ravens and stopped drives and running situatuons before they got going and it sheds some light on Henry's lack of touches. The Ravens also didn't possess the ball for that long, which is unlike them and partly due to all the penalties and turnovers. They were outgained by Pitt by about 13 minutes in time of possession.
13 carries for Henry isn't that outrageous considering the Ravens turned the ball over 3 times and committed 12 penalties and Henry was basically a less than a 3 yard per carry back for most of the game. I get annoyed at Colin's narratives. He doesn't actually watch or understand the game.
No way Tomlin has figured out Harbaugh and Baltimore… Not possible. Not possible that Mike Tomlin might have Harbaugh doing stupid things just because Tomlin dares him to do stupid things.
I don’t want hear excuses Steelers won ravens Loss the last 8 out 9 vs Steelers will the world finally understand the Steelers don’t let Lamar get free
Your missing the bigger picture… Pittsburgh is ranked 4th in the nfl at 80.7 yards rushing yards against on average. They are also ranked 3rd at 3.8 yards per carrie. Thats is why a game plan will probably be geared towards passing. Not to mention the ravena always have problems rushing and passing versua the Steelers because they know each other so well. Its not all about what the ravens can do, rather its what pittaburgh makes them do. I know common sense these days are short supply but thats hiw simple this breakdown is. Pittaburgh has won 8 of the last 9 matchups and lamar is 1-4 against pitt when he plays.
Yall didn’t watch the ravens game and it shows you don’t get to play to your game script when every 2 plays it’s a penalty
LAMAR DIDN'T CHOKE IN THIS GAME & PASSING WASN'T THE MAJOR ISSUE -was the INT by JUSTIN HILL his fault-[YOUTUBE: NFL UPDATE: More Bad News For Lamar Jackson & Baltimore Ravens After Latest Pittsburgh Steelers Loss BY Questionable Call, TIME-0.25-0.57sec] or the fumble by Henry on their first drive, the TWO missed FGs by Tucker, a total of 80 yard penalties by the defense OR the TWO dropped passes by Bateman and Zay Flowers his fault -YOUTUBE: NFL UPDATE: More Bad News For Lamar Jackson & Baltimore Ravens After Latest Pittsburgh Steelers Loss, Questionable Call. This take shows Colin has NOT been genuine with his Lamar praise over in last 12 months …it took just one average game for him to switch up !
If your offense can only beat a team one way, that's not a Super Bowl winning team. Lamar can sling it, but he needs the run game support. And honestly, he's very feast or famine at that. Torch a team one week, look like a backup the next.
What are doing? Lamar did enough to get the win. In fact, swap the kickers and it’s a 2-score Ravens win.
I love how you guys started off shitting all over the Steelers to now squirming to give them any sort of flowers! 😂 Gonna be funny when they're in the AFCCG. What will you two bozos say then? 😂😂😂
These people are ridiculous.. when the Ravens run the ball Oh Lamar can't win like that against Patty Josh and burrow .. beat them passing. lose a team collapse game oh he's pass happy they need to go to who they are a run first team.. lamar play 10 great games fumbles miss fg 12 pen now its Josh back to being the best QB smh
As a Ravens fan the perfect balance is having LJ throw anywhere from 18 to 25 passes. Once it gets to 30 passes that’s usually when the offense sputters. Lamar was clearly off passing this game, I would have loved to see him take over with his legs earlier when he realized the passing game was struggling.
