It’s getting old blaming Aaron Rodgers for EVERYTHING.
The Jets defence sucks sweaty socks, and Rodgers is looking way past it.
Great stream as usual. You guys have forgotten more about the team then I will know. In my opinion what you need is a franchise quarterback not an over the hill retread. Franchise quarterbacks are not always easy to get. Rodgers has had his moments, but he is not a leader. He complained about lack of energy well I wonder what he did to get the team energized. He has for the most part got his way, and it has failed. You need a coach that is not afraid to kick some butt. The owner got name players, but he didn't get a team. It's not all his fault but Rodgers was brought in to win games. Supposedly a quarterback away from going to a Superbowl. Granted the defense did not perform up to expectations. I guess the deficiencies were too much to overcome. Obviously, expectations were way to high. it will be interesting to see who is brought in to fix it.
Whatever Aaron wants Aaron will get. He's got $50m owed to him, he won't walk away from it and Woody is a simp for a strong man.
Great show guys. First, I think that the Assistant GM of the Lions, Ray Agnew, would be a great replacement for Douglass. Second, this team has to go through a tear down and then rebuild cycle for the next several years, they will not be good enough to waste draft capital on a young QB for several years. They need to build dominant Defensive and Offensive lines first while playing a caretaker QB, then go get the young QB to develop and win with.
Rodgers will be back I'll bet my house on it..
I disagree that a coach like Vabral wouldn’t want Rodgers, he’s a defensive coach and probably doesn’t want a rookie QB. Rodgers still throws for a few TDs a game he has 17) and doesn’t throw alot of INTs

A big part of Rodger’s game is mobility the ability to throw on the run. He might be the greatest thrower ever on the run although Allen is unbelievable. that part of his game doesn’t exist. He’ll be 41 in two weeks and it’s not coming back. Will he walk away from the money – yes no one else is gonna come close to giving him that kind of cash. It’s his last hurrah he’ll give a big screw you and come back just for the money.

It's irrelevant to compare how the ultra competitive Buffalo Bills operate their offense on 4th down with an MVP candidate QB vs the dysfunctional ineptitude of the New York Jets with a washed immobile Rodgers.
