2. I’m a Knicks fan and let me tell yall, you’ll be ok. There’s too much talent on your roster, and too much time to panic. Nurse is one of the best coaches in the NBA.

4. It seems to me, Nick Nurse is getting a pass. The reporters don't ask the tough questions, particularly about his line-ups playing old players. If this was Glenn Rivers, everybody would be attacking him, and I don't even like him as a coach. Nick Nurse coaches just like Glenn Rivers, and both lucked up with loaded teams and won a championship, and both do not develop young players at all. They only play them when they don't have a choice, Example Maxey with Glenn Rivers and now Jared McCain with Nick Nurse. To the sixers Ownership, how can you hire the same coach you just fired.

5. Blame Nick Nurse. It's the job of him and his staff to put the players in the best positions possible to succeed. He has horribly failed. In addition, their star players have been injured…Maxey currently out. Embiid and George doesn't impact the game in a good way. It's a reason why they haven't really made it far in the playoffs. They're very good individual players but when it comes to team concept, they're not high IQ players. Nick Nurse isn't a high IQ coach. Why do they keep throwing the ball into the paint to Embiid if you know teams are shadowing him with double and triple teams?! Lol. Embiid is not genuinely anticipating these double and triple teams…he's just trying to get his own. He should know by now where defenses are shadowing him and make appropriate reads. He should also move without the ball…play off the ball more to allow the offense flow better…to make the offense more unpredictable.

6. The Heat were blitzing Embiid with strong help side all game…never allowing him to get into a rhythm. This is where Embiid needs to play off ball more.

Warriors tanked one year when they had injuries… and came back the next season,….it’s disappointing, but it reads like the entire organization knew before season’s start that embiid degenerative knee condition requires a third surgery, but have held off announcing it in order to sell tickets….. the entire team has given up just as the warriors team did….and that team came back the next season and went to the finals…

    I think Embiid is demoralized thanks to the wonderfully polite Philadelphia Media. Talked to Embiid like he owes them something. It's just a game folks, purely entertainment.

18. The Sixers look terrible right now for sure. I would say people are overreacting though with this trade Embiid stuff. The man was just the MVP front runner last season. I don’t believe he’s done for over the course of one summer. You have to let the season play out. Maxey is hurt, Lowry is old, and PG is up and down. Not to mention Nurse is not managing things well. The lone bright spot is McCain.

21. Its weird that no matter who comes on the team talent wise its never enough. Keith pompey has used this term top heavy all through his coverage of the Sixers almost every year regardless of roster. Maybe hiring coaching retreads who got fired from their last jobs for not being good at developing talent is the problem. Nurse really didnt want to play McCain until the fans and media put pressure on him. Maybe coaching has always been the Sixers biggest problem.
