Such a bad time for him to go down, too. Russian machine never breaks, though! Hopefully he won’t be out long, if at all.
Still, some sort of update would be nice. Making us sweat this out for a day and a half feels so cruel lol
On the flip side, Wyshynski says “FWIW, the Capitals say that they should have an update on Alex Ovechkin later today.”
This episode of the cardiac caps is not good for my wellbeing.
FWIW, if anyone knows how to donate a leg, I’m willing.
ProFootballDoc on X is generally really good at diagnosing injuries (in all sports) on video alone. He thinks it’s an MCL sprain and “hopefully nothing more”.
If that’s the case, he’ll miss a few weeks most likely, but it wouldn’t be season threatening.

Still so unreal. Hes having a RIDICULOUS season, just had 5 goals in like 24 hours, the team is doing insane and then a random nothing takes him down. Now its not about when he breaks the record, its about how long hes going to be out.
