What a wonderful player to root for. He will be missed, but paying market price for good not great players just isn’t how this franchise operates.

Why waste your time cheering for a team that won’t spend money or watching a sport without a salary cap. Baseball is a joke

Even if we were going to get him it wouldn’t be for the qualifying offer. This changes nothing. We still have the same minuscule chance he stays, just like before.
