  17. Sean McVay "we need to convert on 3rd down"! How about getting a 1st down on 1st and 2nd downs???? This offense's mind set is too low. Sean needs a Mike Martz type offensive mind on his staff. This whole year the offense has under achieved, unmotivated, LAZY, sloppy, not creative, play calling is boring and predictable. This offense has no identity and no creativity, and is down right boring!!!! If The RAMS keep Goff we would be the best team in the NFL right now with two more 1st rounders and a 3dr round player. Food for thought! GO RAMS!!!!
