  1. The Bears will NEVER be the "most attractive" spot for coaches….as long as the McCaskeys run "business as usual" at Halas Hall. The McCaskeys don't want to pay…or let a coach outshine the "organization"…..they HATED that Ditka was a legend in this town…. we've had "dollar general" coaches since.

  2. If McCaskey is scared to pay off 2 years of the head coaches salary I don't feel sorry for him that he can't find a place for his new stadium if he can't afford a 2-year salary without freaking out

  3. Kap, you’ve followed this organization longer than I have and I know the McCaskey’s are cheap as can be! We will NEVER get an elite coaching staff ever! We should have got Harbaugh but they don’t want a Harbaugh type who wants total control, we will continue to get YES men in this organization. Take that! 😂

  4. Sorry kap I am guessing you dont read these comments much, but the bears job not only isn't the most desirable, but with ownership and poles doing things like ignoring the o-line, but may be a least desirable choice.

  5. I think a coach would be interested here absolutely especially with that number one overall pick and all these great players (sans Offensive line). Please don't say IF Ebeflus is fired….

  6. Bears Head Coaching job is NOT the #1 job opening for coaches in the NFL! The Bears organization is pathetic and they never go after the best available coaches (Harbaugh last year)! We need new owners otherwise this team will never win the NFC North again. 🐻⬇️

  7. I like Ben Johnson for HC, keep Washington as DC and maybe even TB as OC. And if the offense responds the rest of the way, TB may be in the mix as HC. He has been interviewed before I believe. Otherwise, how about Prime Time Sanders?

  8. Yes, i believe the Bears coaching job is the best job for any head coach looking for a job this upcoming offseason. Chicago is one of the best sports cities in the world… the Bears have a young what most people think is a franchise QB in Caleb Williams. The Bears have a top 5 CB in Jaylon Johnson… The bears have a really good DE in Montez sweat. I truly believe the Bears have a really talented roster & would have made the playoffs this year with a competent head coach.

  9. Could have had Harbaugh and Kingsbury who would have been a nice fit with Caleb. Instead Bears kept a solid DC who they knew was no head coach. Cheap and inept as always.

  10. They should demote Eberfluke to defensive coordinator & elevate the new offensive coordinator to interim head 🗣️ coach cause he has da common sense not to make dim bone ass decisions dat Eberfluke makes.

  11. Absolutely not! The organization has shown time and time again that it is a train wreck/dumpster fire that continues to repeat the same mistakes and hope for a different result. Until change at the absolute top of the organization happens, rinse and repeat.

  12. no real man is going to want to come work for these losers. hell no it isnt the best job in the nfl. Worst owners. worst front office. WORST job in the nfl

  13. Matt won’t get fired anytime soon. I don’t know why they want to keep this guy around. He must be friends with the general manager to endure this much garbage and still stick with him.

  14. it easily should be the most desirable job, but it depends on what the GM/Ownership will allow the coach to do, these guys apparently only want soft coaches, coaches who dont show passion like TB our new OC showed in the booth on Sunday, aside from that, this should be no doubt a top 3 coaching destination with all the weapons we have on both sides of the ball. Kyle Shanahan time for a new parking spot here in Chicago.

  15. Get him Fired and Get Jon Gruden in there ASAP!!!! He is now with Barstool Sports and is working out of the Chicago Barstool office. WOuld be awesome to have him as the new Coach!!

  16. No, I do not think Chicago is that attractive because if you look at the past general managers and head coaches, you know the ownership here hasn’t been very good. I think they got their nose into it too much and won’t let the people they hired do their job correctly. They refused to fire head coach in the middle of the season when he’s doing poorly I just feel that they don’t care about whether they win as long as they make money.

  17. Kap, you do t know as much as you think you do… Fluse isn’t gone after the season only because of the terms of his contract… I hope I’m wrong but that’d be a lot of money the McCaskys would be losing if if you know the numbers
