Give Robert Thomas a lot of credit for getting himself back as soon as possible. From cryotherapy sessions to every other imaginable rehab, he worked hard to get healthy and back in the lineup.

  1. [Bannister on Thomas: “He’s put in a lot of work to get to this point. It doesn’t look like he’s missed a beat; he’s in great shape. He went away for 1-2 weeks to do some work in Toronto with his doctors, and I think that really sped up the process.](https://x.com/jprutherford/status/1858932661248815388?s=46&t=Xn0juU2C4hEaElfmeGb4jQ)

[Thomas on returning less than 4 wks after fractured ankle: “It’s frustrating being out but I invested a lot in myself and I’m pretty happy with the result and getting back so soon. I’m excited to be back in the lineup and looking forward to getting in the trenches with the guys.”](https://x.com/jprutherford/status/1858931861466071123?s=46&t=Xn0juU2C4hEaElfmeGb4jQ)
