1. Joe Douglas had full control here…outside of the last few Weeks.

2. Not to defend Woody here, but the team also had the Rex Ryan/Mike Tannenbaum years under his watch.

   Joe Douglas just had an all-time bad tenure. Whatever decent picks he may have made got completely outdone by QB and O-line, which he just couldn’t get right.

   Woody really didn’t become the meddling owner until the last two seasons. And even then, I am not sure JD was pushing back hard against getting Rodgers.

   Now, the Johnson brothers did hire JD and Mac before him. So yeah, I hope to hell they sell the team.

   People are desperately overrating what Woody has done while badly badly badly underrating how bad a job JD did

10. A team or workplace that is struggling this consistently with otherwise dedicated players or employees is nearly always *bad owners and/or management.*
    Bad business owners create a punishing atmosphere such that there is no joy in succeeding. They micromanage and degrade instead of encouraging and praising.
    Clear the dross off the top so the players and team can shine. It’s time.
