13. Jerry's biggest weakness has always been he has no freaking clue what good coaching and game planning looks-like. The concept of outsmarting another team has never been on his radar. He thinks he can put together a roster that can just line up and overpower the other team. The one advantage the team has is unlimited resources, we should have the best coaching in the league because there is no salary cap on coaching. Sadly, it will never happen because Jerry doesn't respect the coaching profession.
