  1. The part when he said "don't give up" really resonated with me, I went to the game on Sunday Night, it was magical, it was a roller coaster of emotions, but I remember when the Bengals tied the game in the 4th quarter, I felt sunken, like "oh no, it's gonna happen again", but then I thought, no "don't give up" and even though I was tired from screaming and cheering all game, I knew that coach and the players were gonna fight to the end, so I kept on cheering them on and I swear when McPherson missed his 2 FGs, it kinda felt like it was because us the fans were making so much noise, coach asked us to show up and we did our part and so did team… I'm sorry for the ramble but it was just an amazing experience, I lost my voice and its barely coming back today, but it was so worth it!

  2. how can you not love this guy? the way he makes people feel when he talks to you or about you is unmatched and can't be understated. it's no surprise how he can get the best out of his guys so quickly when he joins a new team

  3. I think his secret is: he focuses on the fundamentals like trench play and good defense, he’s really good at emphasizing the love of the game with his players, and he has a good eye for coordinator hires who can generally make good calls in big moments and pull out wins, which creates more confidence and joy in his players, good morale, etc, and the cycle continues. It’s so simple but so effective.

  4. As soon as your Chargers fantasy players started losing in your league, the Chargers team starts winning games – imagine that ! Wins mean more than your stats ! ⚡🆙

  5. I get what he's trying to say. Some coaches come in and do it their way… When he found REAL success at Michigan, he allowed it to be a player led team, to let them play and preform at their best. He's doing the same thing here…he set's his own pride to the side and gives all the praise to his leaders…

A great leader is a great servant first… (Just like Yeshua)

  6. this is great stuff and I appreciate what he's saying, but let's be honest, the Chargers were not known for being a winning team before he got here. It's been a while since they've really been good. He has a sincerity and knowledge and it seems a way of treating people that makes them want to work harder, play harder, try harder. From the outside in, that is a sea-change for the Chargers.

  7. As a life-long Chargers fan, it's so obvious he has changed the organization's culture. Yet, he refuses to take credit for it and says that he is the beneficiary of the culture they already had in the organization. And the awesome part is that I really think he believes it (which is the key to how he changes cultures so quickly).

  8. In sooooo so ecstatic that Coach Jim Harbaugh is the Head Coach of my Chargers!!

I’m from San Diego and a lifelong fan of the Chargers and would not want anybody else at the helm…at all.

NOBODY has it better than us.

  9. I cant help thinking that part of his secret is he looks for the positive values that already exist, foregrounds them, helps the players to believe in them, and then convinces the players they're doing it themselves. I'm lucky enough to have had a manager like that in the past and it is both inspiring and empowering.

  10. The chargers gained a lot of secondary fans here in Michigan when they got Papa harbaugh

Well always be with our hometown lions but now we got an AFC team we can be nothing but happy for especially seeing hell have cheeseburger andy and Kermit on notice pretty soon 😂💯

  11. Do not miss Ekeler or Keenan diva attitude. Keenan literally quit the moment Justin got hurt last year, and Austin took every opportunity last year to cry about his role and contract

  12. I’ve never heard a coach talk about his players like Jim does. It amazes me. Jim didn’t take the head coaching job with the mindset of fixing the culture, but rather with a mindset of wanting to be part of it and get to know it. Bolt up fam ⚡️

  13. What impresses me the most avout Coach Harbaugh is he managed to bring out the side of Justin Herbert that fans who have been following him since college new was there. Deep down inside Herbert there is a psycho that loves competition. Like to an unhealthy degree. But he's so media savvy he never really showed it. He's at his best when he brings that to the field.
