i liked Von's honesty about how the team felt. I mean even though josh glossed over it, deep down inside he enjoys beating Mahomes. Josh can't help the defense has given up the ghost in the playoffs, not like we were fully healthy in some of those playoff match ups.
Von is right, but he could have said it slightly differently without throwing shade on McDermott…. I bet it's a really hard job motivating and speaking to players all season long… McDermott is doing his best, trying to keep the stress level low… Could you imagine being a Miami player having to listen to McDaniel give an Umm… Ummm…. ahh, um…. um…. speach before each game?
If the Chiefs had won, the Chief fans and the national sports media would be crowing about how indomitable the Chiefs were. We Buffalo fans would have to bear the word dynasty even before playing them in the playoffs, not to mention those insufferable State Farm commercials.
