2. Last game against the Heat was about a low as the team could go 😖. Not a good look for Joel. Went to the Olympics when he wasn't physically right, instead of rehabbing (but did get his medal 😏). Then not being ready of the start of the NBA season & on a max contract you'd think he try to lead by example & be the first guy in the gym / meetings (even he's not fit to play). I'm pretty sure he could afford for someone to give him a car ride 🚗(in a helicopter 🚁 even.. 🙄) to get to work on time. He's spoken in past of the importance of being a leader.
