2. Koonce and Wilkins going out early killed this team. It’s the Maxx Crosby show on D. Spills has been solid, but most the rest are middling at best. Jack has been a bit of a disappointment until this last game. (Dolphins). Minshew is trying way too hard to win a game on a single play. He was doing well, throwing away instead of forcing it. Then he did it again.
   We better be starting someone else at QB against the Hoes.

   If we beat the Chiefs then bring AP back.

   I'm an old guy, OK….fan since 1974
   This is the difference the internet makes in the world of sports fandom.
   Back in the day, we watched the game (if televised). Monday morning we perused the sports section of the NEWSPAPER! We looked at the box scores and read VERY brief synopsis of each game. That's it! Until next weekend. We had NO idea of the inter machinations of any team until it was announced, usually right before the game Sunday morning. NOW every little side glance from 'Punkin head to Brady is a huge deal

5. If we get Vrable , he is the right guy. We need to build from ground Zero. AP was not the guy. Ap, calling out Tae and the other players, I believe the players quit on him. In this millennium era, you don't call out the cry babies!! As a coach you need to learn how to communicate that in private. Players get paid a lot of money and that Panthers game was over and they quit oh well. Hiring Getsy and Starting Minshew and Starting Zamir White , all bad moves .     We can gossip about a coach, and be right back to ? This coach that coach, not this coach. Thats shyt has happened through DC's career with the Raiders, and you wonder why he was just good.
    Every coach gonna come in wanting to do this, and want these specific type of players to do it.
    So basically alot of Raiders fans will definitely jump ship because now where just gonma keep repeating the last 10 years😂😂😂 .

15. I it's a tough decision, on one hand (and I've said this since Pierce was announced as HC) that he could become a great coach, but he isn't now. He's one hell of a motivator, and its impressive that he has the locker room on his side after how the season has unfolded, BUT when you have a chance to upgrade anywhere you do it. Is Vrabel an upgrade, as it all stands right now, yes he is. In my opinion, Maxx and Brock are the only people in the organization from the top down that you can't upgrade from at their position.

    I do think firing AP would be incredibly unfair to him, I think as you talked about, he hasn't gotten a fair shake. He's had one off season, and he was handed the decimated roster after the fallout of McDummy and Ziggy. Regardless of who the head coach is, its going to take a few years (minimum) to fix this roster. JPJ is the only O Lineman worth keeping, the RB room is a nothing burger, our TE group is S tier, Jakobi is doing his best as WR1 but he needs real help, and our QB situation is laughable. So by my math we need 4 O Linemen, 2 RB, at least 1 WR (maybe 2) and the single most important position in all of sports needs to be filled. That's at minimum 2 years worth of drafting and free agent signings, and that's assuming they hit all their picks and people agree to come in free agency. It also hinges on the assumption that we are going to be drafting in the top 5 in April so we can actually get a chance at picking a QB. Unless we want to let it ride one more year with a stop gap QB, and play for a top 5 pick in 2026.

21. The real problem is Mark Davis his raider's record 81-124. Al would not let others make decisions and run the team. Davis should really sell the raiders to a football mind, not the poolside with umbrella margaritas
