But at least he’s not going to the Cubs…..
“run prevention coordinator” I beg your best pardon but wtf does that mean?
I thought Jason Layne was our run prevention coach.
Dammit, I really wanted to keep him. From what I had heard, internally he was our best FO “prospect”.
Losing the second best coach on the team is not great
This is a pretty significant coaching staff departure as he’s been the main reason for the Brewers dominance in defensive catching stats for a while.
I honestly think this is a bigger hit than Counsell.
