Tank Who? This Team Plays to Win, and I’m Here for It

This team, man. No Cam Thomas, scrappy lineup, and still they pull off a win like this. Watford and Johnson just *brought it*—this moment of them celebrating says it all.
I’ve been thinking a lot about how basketball is a balance of chaos and control, and how that translates into ink. I wrote a blog this week about capturing that tension in my drawings—this piece felt like the perfect example of what I was trying to say.
I agree, I hate this tanking narrative. We’ve been competitive against some great teams and these players love playing together. Just look at the bench when someone scores. Such a refreshing culture and identity Jordi has brought to Brooklyn.
I have reached the point where I’m happy when we win and lose it’s pain free it’s fun
