Holy cow, they made a really good, really solid move.
I guess we’re the next chapter in the “Book of Eli”
Yep. I know.
I’ll miss you, PWizzy. Thanks for making games slightly watchable after the fire sale
Let’s see, this could be a good move
Boom boom
Solid pickup, nothing to get too excited about but still good.
Ok, good. Keep the trades coming.
The Guardians have a solid pitching development program, this could be a solid pick up
Always glad to get a good bullpen arm. But need a real closer this offseason.
Good to see Jed not waiting to get some much needed bullpen help. Hopefully, this is a sign of the much needed urgency he’ll need to have this offseason if he wants to keep his job.
Looks like the return is an unnamed A-Ball player so no one good. Seems like a solid deal for a good reliever with 3 more years of control.
Solid move. Curious to see who we gave up. A-ball player. Probably a pitcher I’m guessing?
Very curious to see what we gave up.
Jed runs the Cubs like a small market team
Patrick Wisdom, you are a Sacramento A.

Dropping Wisdom is the best part of this deal
I gotta be honest, three of my favorites on the team (Yan, Morel and Wisdong, I like an underdog I guess) are now gone and that sucks but I do get it from a baseball perspective. Makes me sad, guy had elite vibes and seems to be a really good guy.
Would be incredibly surprised if it’s not Canario, unless he’s the lefty smasher that Wisdom was supposed to be?????
Good move! Wisdom wasnt gonna be on the team anyways. Best of luck to him
This is a good low cost move
Guards fan here, Eli is decent. Can be a little inconsistent at times but has done alright in higher leverage situations before

That’s not nothing. Sooo what did they give up?
