  1. Every time anything, Philly comes up in any sport:

"I was a columnist in Philadelphia, and I was for x amount of years. "…

OMG, bruh, we know, we know!!!

  2. I was turned off by Embiid (donโ€™t remember how long ago) when I realised he would duck a lot of games against big stars like Giannis or Jokic etc. yet play the game before or game after against teams like Detroit

  3. People are taking this way too far. It wasnโ€™t that crazy. Great players challenge great players. Now if Embiid would have got mad and ask for a trade he looks bad. Plus who else is going to come at him? Kelly?

  4. Its amazing how much Stephen A flip flops, depending on the player. Embiid grabbed Mitchell Robinson's ankle when he tried to go up for a finish dunk last year. Stephen A said that was dirty. But Draymond grabs Edey by the ankle, nothing??? Why? Bc Edey is white????
Stephen A says Kahwi is worst superstar bc he hurt all the time, yet never said that about Embiid, who has never gotten past the 2nd round????

  5. Itโ€™s funny how everyone thought Jokic didnโ€™t care about basketball. When you see something like this itโ€™s so obvious, he cares about the game but not the Glamour, Embiid cares about the Glamour and not the game. Now look how that backfires, Jokic is still getting better and Embiid might fizzle out with a sad finish to his weird career.

  6. Shams is not impressive. Says the same basic thing every show. Tries to stretch a 15 second story into a 5 minute essay. Bring back Zach Lowe who, at least, knew basketball.

  7. First, I can tell you that losing a close family member, especially if they were young, can derail anyone. You either lose focus on your work or your use work to cope with it, and neither of those is healthy for you, but from what I gather it's been 10 years so I don't know why anyone still brings it up. If it didn't stop him from being in MVP talks almost every season, why is it the issue now?

Now, hate them or love them, there's a reason players like Lebron and Steph lead their teams to so much success. These guys work harder than anyone on their team. Late for a meeting? Not going to happen. Everyone on their teams sees all the work they put in, the extra hours at the gym, etc. Can't slack off around these guys. That's what you want from your leader, especially if they're a talent like these guys.

Maybe Embiid can dominate without having to work hard all year, just because of his physical attributes, but it's not really about that. If he's not serious about the game, they'll never win with him, and that's great because screw Philly sports fans. This is what you deserve…

  8. When they give these "insiders" tv time, and a voice on these big shows, it raises the question on validity of his reporting. These company "insiders" have a direct conflict of interest and an incentive to make up stories to get on air. I hope this guy is being geniune but it rasies the question.

  9. Donโ€™t ever say Embiid is better than AD not even close AD has a chip has been to the conference finals more than once and shows up and shows professionalism and shows he cares about winning and having an impact on his team
