  1. Really hope earl makes it, in his prime he was the best player on the team and right up there with guys like ed reed imo. Unfortunate the way his later career played out.

  2. marshawn has stated if he dont get in the hall first go around, he doesent want to get in period. Those who know. know. “i know imma get got, but Imma get mine more than i get got doe”-BEASTMODE

  3. Weird how long Watters has been kicking around in there.

Obviously he had great blocking his whole career but it is still weird that Alexander isn’t in among nominees when theres only like 16 people in NFL history who got in the end zone more often.

I dont know how you justify no Lynch. He’s not better than one time Pro Bowler Fred Taylor?

Obvious bias toward Seahawk RBs 😉

  4. Earl makes it easily. Seattle fans care about his “off-field issues” way more than anyone else does.

  5. Even if Lynch doesn’t make the hall, Seahawks should bend their rule of only retiring guys numbers who made it into the whole for him. There’s a good argument he’s the most beloved Seahawk player of all time and a major part of the story of the franchise.

  6. I think at this point Marshawn has a better chance at a Rock and Roll HoF induction. 🤷‍♂️

  7. Marshawn belongs in the Hall of Fame. It’s not the Hall of Longevity or Volume Stats. I will die on this hill.

  8. I think both Earl and Marshawn can make it in. Earl was simply the best for years and was integral to the defense’s success; his only barrier is his off field drama. Marshawn, while without the impressive stats, provided some of the best ever angry runs in NFL history, is a beloved figure, and to this day is why people ask “why didn’t you run it,” the guy had way more impact than stats will ever tell you.

  9. Unlikely Lynch makes it at all, its hard to make it as a RB and Marshawn just doesnt have the individual numbers or accolades to likely get in, it sucks but he’ll likely be a “Hall of Very Good” kind of player who just misses it. AP, Gore and Henry are going to be the only RBs to make it into the hall for a longer time imo.

ETIII I think makes it but on his 2nd or 3rd try, if he had a longer prime he’s first ballot but as is he’ll likely fall shirt this year.

  10. I’m not sure Marshawn makes the cut ever. He will forever have one of the greatest football plays ever though and that will hopefully be enough.

  11. I know Earl left in bad terms and was a headcase but he’s 100% a HOF player. The crown jewel of a legendary defense with the accolades to back everything up. I miss watching him fly around that deep zone!
