   He’ll become Bears GM and win a Super Bowl in the next 3 years.

3. Crying out in despair that we won’t draft another undersized safety/linebacker hybrid

4. Say what you will about JD and I’m glad he’s tired but he’s leaving us with more to work with than any other previous GM.

   Mike McCagz left us with Quinnen Williams and an overpaid CJ Mosley.

   Currently we have Garret, Breece, Sauce (hopeful 2025 rebound) AVT and Olu who I am hopeful with.

   The next GMs job won’t be a literal build from scratch. Gotta hope and believe.

5. The next GM should be legally required to improve our offensive line and not trade for hold out candidates who have 1 year left on their contract. Especially when you let another solid edge rusher leave.

7. Don’t forgot the RB he drafts every year. He is 2/5 on RBs, despite it being the easiest position to fill.

10. Imo he’s good at picking players and bad at picking coaches. I wouldn’t be surprised to see somewhere with a set in stone coaching staff take him up.
