The Rams have a gunslinger at QB, 2 number one receivers with really good WR depth, a RB1 that's about to have another 1000 yard rushing season, a OL that's now relatively healthy and a star offensive head coach. There's no reason for the Rams inconsistency. There's no reason the Rams offense can't be great Sunday night.
