  14. I am slow to jump on the EJ4 bandwagon but I am pleased with him so far. He came outta the gate with fire. But one guy plus 3 guys on the line plus, plus, plus does NOT a winning team make. Still, we ARE building better. Its a good thing. Ill give this team a very tentative B. Take Arizona and I am hopeful we make the playoffs. Taking the SB? Not a hope.

  18. I think McDonald needs to drop the weekly captain thing and go back to the old system of having year-long captains. Bring the patches back and set in place permanent leaders for the team
