  10. Parent how you want to parent. It's working. But It's giving empty nest syndrome, time to let Shedeur be a man and carve his path. Grown men in the NFL locker room who already barely listen due to all the money they make, then having to deal with the father being the coach of the QB. That can sour quickly. Even the best of QB's take years to develop in the NFL, so the the leash is going to be short on a new coach.

  15. Stay with college. We need more coach Prime's and coach Saban's at the Collegiate level. Training to be men should start be the pros. That's why there's so many issues in the NFL now. They were not taught correctly in college.

  19. Joining his son as his coach in the NFL is a once only opportunity, and is worth it at least for the early years when his son's pro foundation is established. After that he can return to college and shape young men yet again, whenever he wants. Prime is the motivator, truth-teller, optimist, and visionary who, frankly speaking, we all need to see succeed. Leadership through love, encouragement, and honesty is far more salubrious than power through intimidation, coercion, back-handed deceit, and brute force. America, and its political leaders, are you taking notes?
