Seems they got it wrong regarding Wirfs. Done for the year? Could have sworn I saw him at least participating on yesterday’s injury report
I had high hopes for this season, but it’s going to be tough to stop the slide at this point. I expect we lose this game and the rumblings of Bowles’ departure start in earnest. I hope I’m wrong.
All the makings of a trap game. Getting healthy again, rookie/new QB, and the experts *all* picked us.
Huge game for us, if we lose season is probably over and the bowels himself probly get fired. If we win then obviously riding straight to the superbowl
I know this has the makings of a trap game, but there really is no reason we should lose this game. Losing this will really put a stake in the heart of our season. Glazers won’t fire Bowles until we’re officially out of it but a loss here will just make things insanely difficult to overcome and force us to rely on a lot of luck (something we’ve been pretty short on this year)
Gotta hope the dysfunction building in the Giants locker room proves to be too much to overcome. Dudes are weirdly upset about Jones’ getting benched and Daboll might lose that locker room soon.
Sooo…when was the head coach fired mid season? Isn’t it always the underlings first then the coach maybe after a few years of crushing blows? And of course fans screaming for it for years before it happens. Isn’t that what they did with Keutter? His underlings got fired then he got axed? Then everybody got fired when Ariens came in? Even the office people were let go. All my years may be blending together, but if Todd goes, some good ones may go before he does. That’s my fear. We can lose some serious talent.
I really think this will be a good game for us. Our offense matches up well and this will be the first game since the Saints game we’re not playing an NFL MVP candidate last year or Kirk Cousins. If the defense gets a pair of turnovers I see this as a blowout.
