  6. Jim serves his players as a coach. Other coaches want their players to serve them. Run their plays make them a great coach, where Jim only wants his players to be the greatest they can be in every way, every day.

  15. One of the greatest modern day football coaches – turned so many lousy teams into winners. Saban and Belichek are amazing as well but neither has the success in both college and the NFL that Jim has. Weird as heck but so are all head coaches. 😂
