We’d have to pretty much win out due to the chiefs schedule , chiefs lose to us + Steelers or Texans than it should be ours?
Just enjoy the ride and be happy with our record anyway
I’m going to be honest here. From my eyes, this season is already a resounding success. Anything after this is just a bonus
I mean any given game someone can go off and we lose but this is how I see it.
Ravens – winnable but L. Falcons – W Chiefs – winnable but L. Bucs – W Broncos – W Pats – W Raiders – W
Imagine 12-5 in what I thought was a rebuild season? I could kiss Jim.
The Chiefs have looked beatable by every team they’ve played. The only “gimme” I see is the Panthers – you know the Raiders are going to play them like it’s their Superbowl.
The Chargers feel like they’re heating up at just the right time.
Can’t believe that 12-5 is actually a realistic possibility.
Baltimore and KC are the 2 games that we wouldn’t be favored to win. But outside of that, none of those other teams scare me at all.
Maybe I’ve been hitting that hopium too hard but I think we’re going to win the division. Unless the refs start meddling again I can see the Chiefs losing to the Chargers, Broncos + one more trap game to the Texans or something.
If the Chargers can keep pace with the Chiefs (meaning we beat the Ravens and Falcons, while I assume the Chiefs beat the Panthers and Raiders), THEN I feel there would be a chance.
In that scenario, we need to beat the Chiefs and hope the Chiefs lose to either the Steelers or Broncos, and we would then win the tiebreaker.
But first things first… just need to beat the Ravens. That would be huge for likely securing the fifth seed and playing Houston in the playoffs.
We could still get the bye
It’s not at within our grasp. While mathematically possible it’s not probable or remotely likely if we have another second half like we did
Almost not Chargering a game isn’t enough.
My goal is to make Chiefs play starters W18. Steelers losing last night hurt this. The 1st seed is not locked before the game.
As a Padres fan, just relax lol. It’d be nice but yall just worry about each individual game
Don’t care about the damn division. The target is always to get into the playoffs, catch fire, and win the Super Bowl!
Justin’s got that *Don’t fuck with me* look
ESPN just put the playoff machine up and I ran the scenarios lol. If we win out, we’d still need the Chiefs to lose 1 more game to have the same record. Say we end up with the same record, the Chiefs will win the tie breaker if their 3rd loss came from the Panthers or Texans (annoying). So essentially, we need to win out and the Chiefs need to lose one more to Raiders, Browns, Steelers, or Broncos
Side note those hats are CLEAN
Really unlikely. We’d have to win out against a tough rest of season schedule and KC would have to lose another game but it can’t be the Texan game.
Really shows how inept Staley and Telesco were at identifying and/or developing talent.
Notice how every team that stinks for 30 years is always in a rebuild.
And we don’t need to pay off the refs like the queefs do.
