SRF was having a great season before he got hurt. Stearns running it back. Happy for him he was really bummed when he got hurt in a interview
On the other side. Looks like Stearns gave A-Ram the big axe. I expect a lot more farm cleanup in the coming years
Ayyy happy for SRF
Sad that Alex Ramirez didn’t pan out
As someone who watched Alex Ramirez over 20+ times in Binghamton, I’m not surprised in the slightest. When on, he’s ON, but his off has kept getting worse and worse.
Alex Ramirez bust masterclass is complete. Glad to have SRF back.
Ramirez is 21 so like where does bro go now? Surprised he got cut at a young age
Wonder what we could’ve gotten for Ramirez back at the peak of his hype. He wasn’t Lastings Milledge or Fernando Martinez but he was cracking top 100 prospect lists.
Jonathan India just got traded to KC. I’d have loved him on the Mets at 2B.
Kind of surprised about Hartwig but really those type of bullpen guys are more easy to replace. Ramirez fall from grace complete
Damn I saw Alex Ramirez play a few years ago and thought he was really good. He had a game winning grand slam too.
Sean Reid-Foley is a money laundering scheme at this point I’m convinced
Ramirez is surprising, but I trust in Stearns.
Whats SRFs eta for coming back? Spring training?
I havent thought about Alex Ramirez since March lol
Ramirez had 1000 at bats above A ball the last 2 years and had a .610 OPS and only hit 12 home runs. It was time to move on.
RIP Alex Ramirez and the Carlos Gomez comp.
Huh. How bad do you have to be to get released as a 21 year old in AA?
After checking his season, apparently that bad.
Nice, I’m glad that Torrens and Candleita will stick around(?)!
Alright.. put Alex Ramirez with the Alex Escobars, Fernando Martinez, Lastings Milledges of the world. 8 out of top 10 prospects each year don’t make it. That’s why I stop prospect hugging… or maybe I invest too many Bowman Chrome rookie cards in my 20s LOL
