  1. BI passing on the game winning 3 is enough to force him to live in kenner for the rest of his life.

  2. As a Nuggets fan that call was BULLSHIT, youā€™re telling me thatā€™s an offensive foul?! Straight up iced the game for the washed Warriors

  3. God damnit. The fact that this team is able to keep these games close is what hurts. We are so close but just can’t get over the edge. I know we are injured like crazy but I still want to win šŸ™

  4. They played a p good game, but I donā€™t think any real Pelicans fan thought they were gonna pull that out. Nice to have an entertaining one. Season seems extremely over already tho, which is a bummer. Team canā€™t get it together.

  5. Again copying a pasting another comment from this chain

Ā >Going to copy and paste my comment from last week where I copied and pasted my comment from the previous week

    >going to copy and paste my comment from last night…Ā

    >The Pels frequently lack focus, aggression, and engagement, and I will usually attribute that to BIā€™s leadership. He is incredibly talented and has elite potential, and I appreciate the steps heā€™s made to shoot more 3ā€™s, but he is not an engine and that mentality is contagious.

  6. BI had a great look.

Didnā€™t sub in a rebounder during Draymondā€™s first pair of FTs at the end.

Gotta give the Pelicans credit, their habit of inventing new ways to lose is impressive.

  7. Missed free throws and too many wide open shots missed killed us tonight, but they definitely fought their asses off tonight. And shoutout to JRE. He gets a lot of shit around here, but he had a hell of a game tonight. And this isnā€™t why we lost, but these refs were dogshit, like every game against Golden State

  8. If you want a max contract, you simply MUST be willing to take a wide open game winning shot.

BI passing that up was a terrible decision, Trey’s shot was much more contested and difficult.

  9. There is a reason we never win clutch games. Look at your ā€œstarsā€ and even at home. Im done with the Ingram and Zion era

  10. Caught the final minutes of the 4Q waiting for the Mavs game to start. Nothing has changed with this team.

No matter who’s on the floor…offense is stagnant and scoring is difficult. BI is still anti-clutch. How in the hell can your “best” player…willingly pass up a potential game winning 3?

    Unserious franchise…

  11. Thinking on how Ingram passed on a wide open CORNER 3. Apart from a non contested layup, there is not better shot than that in that situation. Apart from Ben Simmons I have never seen something like that.

  12. Well we finally lost a game due to what feels like basketball reasons and not simply lack of firepower so that’s a small step in the right direction if you’re into that kind of thing.

Feel like BI failed to step up to the plate in the 4th quarter. Disappointed because he had been playing really well lately and tonight could have been a big moment on a national stage for him.

Trey definitely had his best game this season so that’s a good sign. I’m sure Hawk will return to form soon as well.

Reeves looked a lot less confident in his few stretches tonight. Hope he can stack some more good days – I like his potential.

All in all we just missed shots in the 2nd half. Freethrows were abysmal as well. Felt like the offense generated good looks all night vs a good defense. Tough loss but they played hard and inspired tonight so can’t be too upset

  13. I get why everyone’s bashing BI for his mentality on passing on the game winning 3. However, I thought it’s still a good pass to Trey for a wide open 3. It was a lose-lose situation mentally if the ball doesn’t go in.

  14. This game is why Iā€™m not quite ready to give up on the season yet. This team is far from non-functional.

Do they need to play better? Yes. But this is a far cry from those ā€œend of AD seasonā€ lineups.

Zionā€™s max is only guaranteed on a per season basis. If heā€™s not careful, heā€™ll end up resolving any money crunch the Pelicans have.

  15. C’mon y’all. This team is DECIMATED. They played hard tonight. Rough loss, but they fought. On to the next one.

  16. Still cant believe that after years of awful/idiotic shot selection in the clutch by Ingram he passed on that one

  17. James Robinson-Earl looked amazing.

Why couldnt he have been James Earl-Robinson though? That flows so much better. His parents need to rethink that.
