38. 1998 – 2010, 12 years. Jets went to the playoffs 7 times with 3 AFC Championship game appearances. Bill Parcells built that whole era, was coach and GM in '98 and hired the 2 GMs who built the 2 AFC Championship teams in 09-10, Bradway and Tannenbaum. Woody started making decisions in 2012, fired Tannenbaum and hired Idzik. Since then 1 winning season. The problem is Woody Johnson.
