28. 4:29 into video, why is it fair to have the whole browns offense around the refs coercing them into making the wrong call should have been intentional grounding and why cant New York change penalties inside 2 mins? NFL has to be rigged because this is every fans biggest gripe yet the NFL does nothing to improve it.
