Vintage twins bear found a few days ago. no clue his worth or rarity.. any help or redirection appreciated!

Just from a quick Google search, I found similar Twins Kirby bears on eBay for around $20 or less, but I’m not sure on the signature parts.
That’s a Kirby Pucket giveaway, he played from ‘84-‘95, won two World Series championships in ‘87 and ‘91. If his signature is on there, the sentimental value will be through the roof.
