Our captain in an interview this summer said our biggest rival was “Detroit or someone in the Atlantic.”
I don’t blame him. We haven’t been good enough to be anyone’s rival.
It’s time to bring it back.
I’ve been “betting” on the sabres for the last 4-5 years in my hockey pool since I saw the potential and it is finally happening. I think the team has finally turned the corner after showing so much promise but so much disappointment.
Just keep winning.
