  1. Love the front office for being willing to spend on a team that they know won’t be a contender. Can’t thank them enough. They want to improve the product on ice and are willing to spend near to the cap and try and improve what we got. Can’t say the same about a lot of other franchises.

  2. I think that’s a very obvious statement, however I’m sure if the Blues were sitting at the top of the standings right now this move wouldn’t have happened.

  3. So it wasn’t the fact he played suter 30 min a night? Or that his lines in game were a joke? Keeping Faulk on the PP was malpractice at best SMH…

  4. u/Capt-Daddy’s wife said the decision to leave him was based almost entirely on the availability of her coworker Tom.

    Fuck you Tom

  5. that kinda sucks for Bannister, made him replaceable from day 1 it seems. Like he was just a placeholder until something better came along

  6. See the thing is I think there’s some substance behind what Doug is saying BUT we can’t overlook the fact that Bannister was making some boneheaded decisions. He hasn’t been truly awful but he’s probably not on many teams radars at this point.

  7. I feel bad for Drew for a second, but then remember this is the life if you want a seven figure job. You only keep the job if there’s no one better. And that’s the way it should be.
