Be warned! The Rams may look good and beat the Saints next week. Do not believe this mirage. They are not a good football team. They are an average team on their best day. They can beat bad to other average teams, but they cannot keep up with contenders.
Our offense needs a full schematic rebuild. It’s stale, old, and doesn’t force defenses into making tough decisions like it did in years past.
The main culprit in that? We need to evolve the way we think about the QB position. Matthew is getting older and it’s been eye opening watching QBs with at least some mobility in over the past three games. Tua, Maye, and Hurts are all mobile to varying degrees and were able to extend plays. Matthew just can’t do that. He needs a perfect pocket to operate.
McVay not being able to scheme around missing one starting olineman is just pitiful.
Steve Avila has regressed terribly this season. The Rams share a lot of blame in that by bouncing him between positions this offseason.
We need a new running back. Kyren is not nearly dynamic enough to put up with his ball security issues.
TE is a laughable position group.
We all knew the defense was going to be an adventure. But we need a new NT, CB1, & ILB 1&2 immediately.
Embarrassing game. On par with the Ravens monday game in 2019. Front office completely blew free agency on a luxury guard/tight end with more pressing roster holes. It’s going to cost them the playoffs.
Didn’t get the result we wanted, but there was some sparks to like. Offense looked really good at points against a really good eagles team. Thier Line and Barkley are just too good, hard to beat that.
Division still very winnable.
Draft trenches, trenches, trenches, completely and totally, on both sides of the ball. This team gets its ass kicked by this type of team year in and year out.
If I ever see Packers/Steelers/Eagles on the schedule, and unfortunately the Niners twice every year, I know it’s going to be a long, long game for the Rams.
Team fucking sucked. On to New Orleans. Maybe the least enjoyable regular season game I’ve ever watched from this team. Nothing more to say.
Holy smokes what a beat down. Our ceiling is very fuckin low
Thank god I didn’t buy bills tickets we are gonna get destroyed
The first couple drives our offense looked unstoppable. Eagles just put the clamps down after that. Avila seemed like he was dog shit tonight.
Only good news is that we are still 1 game out of first for the division lol
Welp, that was a tough one to watch. I still have hope for this team to make the playoffs but it’s gonna be rough. On to next week
At this point we should just bite the bullet on a rebuild. There are too many holes on this team for us to contend this year, and I’m not sure that we can patch enough of them up next year. Trading all those picks for a Super Bowl had to catch up with us eventually
We have a bunch of promising rookies and the best front office in the league, so it’ll be less painful.
Thank God the NFC West is still up for grabs. Winning the NFC West is the only chance this team makes the playoffs.
Pain

O-line needs a rework, start looking for a young qb to spend a season as a backup, and once again a good kicker would be nice
Realistically, the Rams are who we thought they were at the beginning of the season. The Eagles are legit contenders. I still think we have one final run with Stafford next season.
Were going to clap the saints…right?
Stafford actually had a decent game 24/36 243 yards 2 TDs. He just didn’t have any protection.
I’m so glad I didn’t go to this game. Thought about it, had a bad feeling, that feeling was proven right. Not sure I’ll go to any more games this season. I want to support, but if the product is dogshit I don’t want to spend the money. I’m sure they’ll bounce back against NOLA next week, but honestly, this is just a mediocre team.
Absolutely horrible. This team is going to be mid for the next 5-10 years, I can just feel it.
If we’re looking at the glass half-full, the Eagles are a really good team and are expected to be Super Bowl contenders. We knew coming in this was going to be a challenge and uphill battle. It was going to take our best play to hang with them, and we clearly didn’t do that. I’m not so much as upset with losing to the Eagles as much as the way it happened. Would’ve like to have seen more fight, especially from our defense.
This is where losing games against the teams like the Bears and Dolphins hurts a little extra. Still a good amount of season left, and we’re right in contention for the division. Just move on to next week, that’s all we can do.
Welp. That was certainly a game
Seahawks and Cardinals are tied for 1st place while the Rams and Whiners are 5-6. Who wants it more??
What’s fun about being an east coast rams fan now I get to go to bed at midnight and wake up tired and angry
O-line couldn’t do anything all night. I know Saquon is probably the best RB in the league, but man that run defense is porous. Also, we really need to figure out the kicking situation. Onto the next I guess.
On top of everything, we also need a kicker AND a punter lol
Absolutely humiliating defeat at home in a game to take over the division 💀 also shout outs to McVay keeping his injury prone starters out in garbage time
