1. No. Saquon wouldn’t have the blocking so not the same. Giants need everything else they don’t need a running back.

   The Giants miss Saquon Barkley!
   All the blame goes to the GM Joe Schoen who has failed to resign Barkley and let Barkley go to the Eagles. The Giants offense is just getting worse without Barkley, the Giants already cut Daniel Jones.

4. Instead of Jones, we could have paid Saquon, Xavier and Williams – add jamis Winston and bo nix. We didn't have a QB, period. If another team wanted Jones and sure they will, its dumb to get nothing at all vs have him on his couch

5. Sure you could miss him being a Giant but even if he was still there it wouldn't make a difference as far as quarterback play and winning consistently

6. I would start trading the best players, like Nabers, to get draft picks. Nabers needs to save his career too, like Barkley and others that left.

17. No manager of any sort (sports or normal company) would ever trade away their best athletes and the faces of your franchise no matter what the cost. Further, both Saquon and Xavier were incredible locker room leaders, Jones had zero personality which makes it even worse that they put their faith and money into a person who cannot even lead your team and brings no fire to the game. This is why Schoen is an idiot and needs to go, he has zero concept of building a winning team. No player in their right mind will come to play for the Giants if Schoen is still there.

20. When the Giants GM & HC forced out Wink and let Barkley walk, they lost the heart and soul of this team. They tossed the OL coach out and had to overpay Kafka to stay, avoiding the optics of a full blown mutiny. These guys are a clown show. They can't blame, Wink, Kafka, Bobby Johnson or DJ anymore. Fire the GM & HC!!!

It's not just something you can dump all on the offensive line when an offense becomes as dysfunctional as the Giants' has. When everyone sucks it's usually a QB problem. The Giants have systematically scapegoated offensive lines since Eli stopped being good. It's an organizational feature at this point. And if they for some reason don't blame the offensive line you can be sure they're either blaming a receiver or a coach.
