  1. I’m very intrigued by this one. Talent has been there but I know so many people hate this guy. I’m happy with it and see how its worth a shot

  2. at first I was excited then I saw his stats and realized he hasn’t done anything in 4 years

  3. I’m amazed at how many players are just chilling until they have an opportunity.

  4. This… might actually be decent. We shouldn’t be asking him to cover or sit in space, rather more acting like a LB Edge hybrid in certain packages.

  5. While realistically I’m setting my expectations low for some of these guys we are signing, it wouldn’t be crazy to see some of these guys actually be decent for us.

I mean getting the opportunity to help a team on the verge of a Superbowl, let alone one like the Lions who have never won one, is a historical opportunity any veteran with something left in the tank would take.

  6. I feel like he’s being brought in for a hybrid LB role. He can’t play safety in Glenn’s scheme at all.

  7. Come to the Lions. You might win a championship, you might temporarily lose the use of one of your limbs.

If you don’t necessarily care about being ambulatory, come on over. We can use you for parts!

  8. I wouldn’t be surprised to see us move him into a box safety position to help out at linebacker. I know that sounds ridiculous but he’s much more talented in the box than he is back deep

  9. Whatever we get will be a positive.

I love how this team is attracting all these defensive guys who want to play, to be a part of this run to the SB.

  10. Gives us more options for 3 safety sub packages, which effectively replaces some Rodrigo production.

  11. Lions are literally just finding as many bodies as they can to throw on the field. They are missing like 15 guys on defense
