2. Taking the Bears job: much worse O-line, much worse RB duo, worse TE's. Sure, He has QB to develop and some good WR's, but lacking everywhere else. Add to that the GM and the overall organization is borderline dysfunctional. Finally, aside from the big FU that you are giving your prior team by going to a division rival, now you have to play said division rival twice a year who knows your entire playbook intimately.

4. This is the BIG PROBLEM with NFL owners ,,, They do not understand football ! They know how to spend money but they do not understand what it takes to win !!

   The Jets 20 years loosing season
   The Raiders 20 years looser
   The Bears Looser
   The Cowboys Looser
   the list go's on and on
   these teams get great draft picks every year stull they loose what is the common dominator
   Owners these teams will never be fixed until the Guy who signs the checks sticks to signing checks

11. The bears need a culture setter and somebody (HC or OC) that can REALLY develop QBs and young offensive players. Not another milk on toast defensive coordinator promoted beyond his ability. 3 top 11 draft picks spent on QBs to end up with a losing record 6 of 7 seasons is insane

12. Eberflus isn't head coach material. Im glad to see ( JF) vindicated. He went to the Steelers and lead his team to four consecutive wins ? Eberflus is a member of the good Ole Boy's club. The ( GM) should be fired also!!

    As for the FOX guessing game, Glenn and Johnson were supposed to be on the move last year, Mrs. Ford, gave them a raise.

    Also from being a coordinator and a HC are miles apart

    HC=14-16 hour days & the buck stops with you.
    Coordinator = 10-12 hour days
